Stay healthy, Fit & be strong
Live your life long, going real strong
Drink plenty of water at least 2 litres per day
Swim & relax for best all round exercise
Run if you can, for cardio-vascular health
Walk briskly for 5 kilometres or more, minimum trice a week and breathe deeply to re-oxygenate your lungs
Take omega 3 & 6 to lower cholesterol,
Swallow down Neuro-forte – vitamin Bcomplex for good central nerves – get it at Guardian or any Pharmacy
Consume vitamin A for good eye sight,
Ingest Centrum multivitamins for good nutrition.
Take 1 tablet of Cordeysep sinesis for healthy internal organs.
Eat more fish/ seafood and less red meat; ratio is 5: 2
Eat as many colourful vegetables as possible, different colours means presence of different minerals
Eat plenty of fruits – banana, apples, oranges, plum, and guava for good bowels
Consume egg-plant/ brinjal to beat cancer
Eat cherries, blue berries & straw berriesto overcome gout attacks and arthritis
Eat orca / ladies fingers to reduce effects of diabetes
Apply your skin with aloe vera juice to heal, if lacerated, cut, or burns on skin
Use Po Chai Wan tablets if you have diarrhoea
Take carbon tablets every 3 hours if you have food poisoning
Drink coffee in the morning & tea for the rest of the day
Shower and clean your self daily, with simple plain soap & water only.
Brush your teeth before you sleep and early in the morning.
